Our History

Since starting Bravo in 2002, we have traveled far and wide to bring our best to events all over the West. Our expertly equipped mobile kitchens mean catering almost any venue is possible. From fabulously fancy affairs to rustic ranch cookouts, we are ready to put the show on the road. Our staff of top-notch professionals brings expertise in every aspect of producing a flawless event from start to finish.

With over 17 years in the culinary industry, Chef Ryan Boehme brings a wide variety of experience to the proverbial table.  Chef Ryan has worked for some of the best restaurants in the Northwest including The Sooke Harbour House on Vancouver Island, the Flying Fish, and The Harvest Vine both located in Seattle, Washington. Chef Ryan also spent a year and a half in San Sebastian, Spain apprenticing in Michelin rated restaurants. From food and wine pairing to artistic presentation, Chef Ryan and the experienced staff of Bravo Catering will work with you to create an event to remember.
